Key Responsibilities

  • •Drive and exceed sales goals by leading ALO’s Flow initiatives while optimizing productivity and efficiency.
  • •Ensure customer engagement and maintain a friendly, easy-to-shop environment through effective sales floor coverage.
  • •Build and maintain daily client relationships, resolving customer needs quickly and effectively to ensure satisfaction.
  • •In partnership with leadership, analyze reports to support action plans and focus on deficient areas and growth opportunities.
  • •Assist with sales operations including shipment processing, product flow, visual merchandising, replenishment, and executing front/back-of-house procedures.
