•Complete a 9-week onboarding/education program with rotations in operations and sales/service, leading to certification.
•Use the consultative sales process and Financial Needs Assessment to build customer profiles and identify current and future financial needs.
•Maintain knowledge of retail consumer and small-business products/services and recommend appropriate solutions.
•Proactively reach out using CAMP and approved marketing tools; set appointments for periodic financial reviews.
•Process teller transactions and help drive customer experience and production goals while following policies and confidentiality requirements.

Travel: Low travel

Key Requirements

•College degree or work experience providing transferrable skills, or combination of education and experience.
•Experience in the financial industry preferred.
•Demonstrated ability to comfort with sales activities to acquire new customers and cross-sell to existing customers.
•Ability to demonstrate understanding of advanced math functions for credit and financial analysis.
•Ability to develop working knowledge of retail policies and procedures to make sound decisions, including S.A.F.E. Act registration through NMLS at time of employment.
