Job Summary

Own a technical product vertical end to end for a Neobank Superapp, covering strategy, outcomes, roadmap, and technical design and delivery. Partner closely with engineering, design, compliance, operations, treasury, and finance/reconciliation to ship regulated payment and money-movement capabilities. Balance correctness, reliability, security, scalability, and UX while applying AI only where it improves outcomes and remains auditable, trusted, and compliant.

Key Responsibilities

•Own a product vertical end to end, including outcomes/metrics, backlog prioritization, and acceptance criteria for build-and-test.
•Shape technical design with engineering across system boundaries, money-movement correctness, rail-down behavior, and failure/retry/refund paths.
•Make and defend trade-offs across correctness, speed, cost, reliability, and UX with engineering, compliance, or ops stakeholders.
•Treat regulated constraints as first-class inputs (licensing scope, CDD/KYC, sanctions/PEP screening, transaction monitoring, data residency, privacy).
•Apply AI appropriately (human-in-the-loop, evaluation approach, hallucination/drift/data gap handling) and ship features behind external gates.

Key Requirements

•Significant experience owning a complex technical product end to end, with strong judgement and decisiveness under ambiguity.
•Solid system design fundamentals (boundaries, datastores, queues/workflows, APIs, failure modes, and consistency under concurrency) and ability to review/challenge design docs.
•Experience in a regulated, high-consequence domain (payments, banking, remittance, insurance) or fast ramp ability to learn the money-movement specifics.
•Hands-on AI/LLM product judgement, including how features are evaluated and when a model must not be in the loop.
•Nice to have: engineer or highly technical PM background and shipped AI-heavy consumer products.
