Key Responsibilities

  • •Drive CAS delivery for Germany and Western Europe, ensuring smooth support service delivery for cloud applications (private and public).
  • •Manage contract delivery, oversee the transition to CAS support, and monitor operations to ensure SLA and commercial service-level compliance.
  • •Lead continuous improvement and business growth efforts, including partner service delivery and customer-centric market presence.
  • •Coordinate and support planning for release upgrades and SAP release-related activities.
  • •Support customers in building cloud operations frameworks in SAP cloud environments and manage KPIs tied to usage, commercial targets, satisfaction, and revenue/margin expectations.

Key Requirements

  • •At least 10 years of experience in software delivery and cloud operations, including strategic account management, business development, global operations, commercialization, and customer success.
  • •In-depth knowledge of the SAP cloud portfolio and related offerings, including experience with global deployment/implementation.
  • •Proven experience leading delivery teams within an ITIL framework, focused on SLA compliance, continuous improvement, upselling, and customer relationship building.
  • •Proven experience managing and coordinating SAP release upgrades and SAP Release Management.
  • •Fluency in German and English (written and spoken) and willingness to undergo a governmental security clearance process.
