  • •Act as trusted risk consultant for a portfolio of key customer accounts, building embedded customer relationships.
  • •Develop and deliver customer service strategies that reduce loss, drive risk improvement, and create measurable business value.
  • •Coordinate complex risk engineering programmes, oversee service plans and stewardship reviews, and provide actionable risk insight.
  • •Drive completion of risk improvement actions and manage programme delivery through Zurich’s global network, using benchmarking, reporting, and service reviews.

  • •Expertise in property loss prevention, including fire protection, business interruption, and natural hazards.
  • •Strong knowledge of recognised standards such as BS EN 12845, NFPA codes, and FM Data Sheets.
  • •Excellent communication, presentation, influencing, and negotiation skills, with the ability to translate technical insight into practical customer solutions.
  • •A consultative approach with commercial acumen and comfort engaging senior customer contacts, brokers, underwriters, and internal stakeholders.
