Key Responsibilities

  • •Run AVALOQ system reports and receive depositary reports via custodians’ systems regarding settlement.
  • •Coordinate with brokers/counterparties to monitor failed trades status.
  • •Create and validate system entries for derivatives trades and cash movements, including securities transfers.
  • •Investigate securities and cash reconciliation differences and resolve settlement data issues.
  • •Liaise with Front Office and Dealing teams on securities transfers and trade settlement affecting bank investment portfolios.
