Key Responsibilities

  • •Drive test solution and coverage development, optimizing for milestones, cost, and quality.
  • •Develop test patterns and test flows/methods, including debug, test, and characterization.
  • •Engage with Design and scope/plan/validate test solutions and methodologies pre-silicon.
  • •Lead post-silicon bring-up of test patterns, optimizing for mass production enablement.
  • •Execute characterization analysis and debug new silicon designs and process technologies to improve yield, cost, and test time and close production issues.

Key Requirements

  • •Proficient understanding of DFT (Design-For-Test) architecture for SOC (System-On-Chip) products.
  • •Strong test development and silicon characterization/debug experience with industry-standard ATE test platforms, plus data analysis.
  • •Proficiency in programming and scripting for test development (C++, Java, Groovy, Perl, Ruby, Python).
  • •Experience with ATE test handling/execution and development, with Advantest V93K preferred (Advantest SMT8 is a plus).
  • •BS/MS in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or a comparable discipline.
