Job Summary

Drive monthly close and variance analysis, delivering clear reporting and actionable insights for key business KPI’s across the LOB/SBU (including P&L, working capital, and cash). Support functional and business partners to strengthen financial planning and control, coordinate STRAP/AOP from a financial perspective, and develop estimating for midterm and quarterly outlooks. Ensure compliance with US GAAP, statutory requirements, and Honeywell accounting policies.

Key Responsibilities

•Drive monthly closing activities, including variance analysis, reporting, and key deliverables.
•Provide weekly/monthly deep analysis of major business KPI’s (P&L, working capital, cash) and major variance drivers.
•Support business results through functional partnership, including tracking functional spend, indirect spend, and other key cost areas.
•Coordinate the STRAP/AOP process from a financial perspective with the business and ISC.
•Develop and enable estimating processes for midterm forecasts and quarterly short-range outlooks; coordinate finance aspects of Capex and ensure US GAAP/policy compliance.

Key Requirements

•Chartered Accountant with 6 to 10 years of Accounting/Finance experience, including strong commercial/operations finance and Financial Planning & Analysis knowledge.
•Hands-on Financial Planning & Analysis experience, including working with outside India offices/Global Finance teams.
•Working knowledge of US GAAP and SOX compliance.
•Strong business process and controls orientation, with experience in a manufacturing environment or ISC Finance function (preferred).
•Strong analytical and systems skills, including SAP, Hyperion, and Microsoft Office/database applications.
