Systems Engineer

Support the sales organization in a defined territory by serving as the main technical resource for pre-sales, sales calls, and post-sales. Qualify technical leads, educate customers on features/specifications and integrations, and act as the lead technical contact for account issues. Work closely with the technical support team and engineering to answer, elevate, and resolve customer technical problems, including delivering post-sales training.
