Key Responsibilities

  • •Complete field inspections and related tasks for complex, non-routine crop loss claims with minimal supervision.
  • •Convey complex regulations and claim interpretations to claimants, agents, and industry stakeholders.

  • •Conduct claim reviews and audits on lower-level adjusters as assigned.

Key Requirements

  • •For Field Adjuster I: a high school diploma or equivalent and 6+ months of experience in the agricultural area.
  • •For Crop Claims Specialist: a high school diploma or equivalent and 4+ years of experience in the agricultural or crop insurance industry.
  • •Crop Adjuster Proficiency Program (CAPP) certification must be obtained within 180 days of hire.
  • •Reliable personal transportation, travel within the territory, and a valid driver’s license.
  • •Ability to complete physical field work including walking fields, climbing storage bins, and lifting 25–50 lbs.
