Key Responsibilities

  • •Manage all areas of project management for singular real estate projects, including planning through closeout.
  • •Work directly with clients to define scope, delivery resourcing, costs, budgets, schedules, milestones, quality control, and risk identification.
  • •Define project delivery resources, run RFPs, evaluate bids, and recommend resources to clients.
  • •Implement project documentation governance and ensure project data integrity and coordinated, accurate documentation.
  • •Direct project delivery teams, create action plans, track progress and variances, and develop risk mitigation and contingency plans.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 90,000 - 115,000 annually

  • •Manage project workstreams across planning, design, construction, occupancy, and closeout for real estate projects.
  • •Prepare project scope, delivery resource requirements, cost estimates and budgets, schedules and milestones, and quality control plans.
  • •Conduct standard RFPs, complete bid evaluations, and recommend delivery resources to clients.
