Job Summary

Oversee the full lifecycle of high-value real estate development projects in Riyadh, from conception and feasibility through handover. Own planning and implementation across multiple projects, defining scope and deliverables with stakeholders, building schedules and budgets, and tracking KPIs. Coordinate architects, engineers, contractors, and regulators; manage risks, compliance, health and safety, and vendor procurement while providing clear leadership updates.

Key Responsibilities

•Lead planning and implementation of multiple real estate projects across every stage of development.
•Define project scope, goals, and deliverables with senior management and key stakeholders.
•Develop and manage project schedules, work plans, and financial budgets; track progress and report KPIs.
•Coordinate project stakeholders including architects, engineers, contractors, and regulatory bodies.
•Conduct risk assessments, ensure compliance with regulations and health & safety requirements, and provide leadership updates.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Architecture, or a related field.
•Proven experience as a Project Manager in real estate development or construction, with a portfolio of delivered projects.
•In-depth knowledge of project management methodologies, processes, and software tools.
•Experience in the Middle East, preferably Saudi Arabia, with strong knowledge of the local market and regulatory landscape.
•Professional certifications such as PMP or PRINCE2 (or equivalent) are highly advantageous.
