Key Responsibilities

  • •Own customer journeys end to end, mapping and improving experience from contract signature through onboarding, activation, ongoing use, and renewal.
  • •Design coherent cross-surface experiences spanning email, Slack or Teams, customer channels, setup flows, notifications, and the Casco console.
  • •Turn customer needs into product decisions by identifying the real problem behind requests and deciding what should be built.
  • •Build polished, accessible, responsive frontend experiences and ship production-ready interfaces.
  • •Simplify complex security workflows and instrument journeys with success signals and qualitative/quantitative feedback.
