Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead RFP analytics by extracting, cleansing, and normalizing datasets from Applied databases and working with Data Architecture to create reports for Commodity Business Managers.
  • •Perform receiving logistics service provider RFP response analysis and re-rating of historical datasets with current and RFP pricing; provide insights for commercial negotiations.
  • •Maintain rate repository ownership and support supplier management projects including contract lifecycle management and Applied contract database upkeep.
  • •Support logistics cost analysis by managing fuel surcharge (FSC) schedules using DOE and other sources and communicating expected FSC exposure changes.
  • •Manage currency exchange rate impacts by tracking exchange rates from sources and comparing them to contract rates to determine financial impact.

Key Requirements

  • •5-8 years of progressive experience in data management focused on global logistics activities.
  • •Advanced MS Excel skills (e.g., nested formulas, pivot tables, financial functions) to analyze large datasets.
  • •Hands-on experience with Coupa Sourcing Optimization (CSO) and Coupa Contract Lifecycle Management (CLMA) in global procurement or supply chain environments.
  • •General knowledge of supply chain management, commodity management, procurement, contracting, and materials/commodity strategies.
  • •BA/BS in business, management information systems, engineering, supply chain, or a related field (NAPM and/or APICS certification preferred).
