Key Responsibilities

  • •Define and drive product vision, strategy, and roadmap for AI-first learning systems, including a unified skills infrastructure anchored on in-flow enablement.
  • •Design contextual experiences that surface targeted knowledge using real work context (usage patterns, errors, task types) to reduce interruptions and friction.
  • •Translate learning and pedagogical goals into platform capabilities such as learner models, skills graphs, progress tracking, adaptive paths, assessments, and feedback loops.
  • •Partner with UX and content design to create intuitive embedded guidance and learning patterns aligned with the workflow.
  • •Collaborate with platform and infrastructure teams to ensure learning and skills systems are reliable, secure, performant, and scalable for global enterprise customers.

Salary: USD 137,100 - 235,750 annually

Key Requirements

  • •5–8+ years of experience in product management, UX-focused product roles, or learning/education platforms in B2B SaaS, developer tools, or data/AI products.
  • •Own a product area end to end: define strategy and roadmap, write PRDs, partner with engineering and design, and ship user-facing features.
  • •Build or work on learning systems, training platforms, or content/knowledge experiences (e.g., LMS, certification, education analytics, in-product guidance).
  • •Strong UX instincts and a track record collaborating with designers/researchers on intuitive flows, information architecture, and content experiences.
  • •Comfort working with data to define metrics, instrument experiments, and analyze user behavior, learning outcomes, and skills gaps.
