Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead industrialization activities for NPI and PLS projects from development through release for production.
  • •Provide technical input to design decisions to optimize manufacturability (DFM), testability (DFT), cost, quality, and component lifecycle robustness.
  • •Drive adoption of Industry 4.0 practices for new product introduction (NPI) projects.
  • •Lead specification and procurement of tooling, test equipment, fixtures, and capital assets, including prototype and pilot builds.
  • •Develop and deploy process controls, work instructions, test procedures, and operator training; validate requirements and analyze early product/process data using DFSS, Six Sigma, and Lean.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Engineering from an accredited institution.
  • •Minimum of five (5) years of engineering experience, including production operations experience.
  • •Experience leading NPI and industrialization activities.
  • •Working knowledge of production quality tools, including process capability studies, gage R&Rs, and yield analysis.
  • •Knowledge of components, production tooling, test fixtures, assembly equipment, drawings/schematics, and bills of materials (BOMs).
