Key Responsibilities

  • •Rig-up and rig-down surface and down-hole well logging equipment and pressure control equipment on work locations.
  • •Assemble down-hole well logging tools (electric, nuclear, sonic, and other well logging tools).
  • •Operate well logging equipment and pressure control equipment at the job site.
  • •Maintain, clean, and perform preventative maintenance on down-hole and surface well logging equipment.
  • •Perform pre- and post-job vehicle/equipment inspections, complete associated paperwork/reports, and guide/train less experienced staff.

Key Requirements

  • •High school or similar education and 1 year of experience as a Service Operator-L&P, I.
  • •Ability to communicate effectively with others in an oil field service environment.
