Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead a team of Global Recruiters and sustain a high-performing, resilient team culture aligned to Foundation priorities.
  • •Serve as a strategic talent advisor to regional leaders and HR partners by translating organizational priorities into talent acquisition strategies.
  • •Establish and maintain productive working relationships across regional teams, hiring managers, and key collaborators.
  • •Develop and implement talent strategies to diversify and expand the talent pipeline for immediate and longer-term needs.
  • •Use data and analytics to build and execute a rolling 12+ month hiring plan for executive and leadership roles.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in business, human resources, or a related discipline and/or equivalent experience.
  • •At least 10 years of talent acquisition experience, with a minimum of 2–4 years of in-house experience in the private sector, consulting, or nonprofit environments.
  • •2+ years leading executive-level searches in a search firm or in-house, with strong sourcing expertise and experience attracting diverse talent.
  • •Experience building and experimenting with innovative programs, tools, technologies, and processes to support talent acquisition needs.
  • •Ability to use data and analytics to develop short- and long-term hiring plans and navigate complex, matrixed environments independently.
