Production Supervisor

Supervise all phases of store production operations to ensure goals are met safely, efficiently, and in compliance with company policies, laws, and environmental and safety requirements. Partner with the Environmental Health and Safety team, oversee housekeeping and equipment maintenance, and monitor production performance. Lead hiring, training, scheduling, and development of production staff while coordinating with sales, production, and internal corporate support to execute store strategies.
