  • •Interpret analysis results, report findings to key stakeholders, and serve as an SME for accuracy and design change suggestions.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in Mechanical, Aerospace, Automobile, Civil Engineering or related, with 5+ years progressive Structural/Stress/FEA/Crash Safety/CAE experience; alternatively a master’s degree with 3+ years in a related structural role.
  • •3+ years translating problems into Finite Element Analysis (FEA) models, interpreting results, and selecting solutions.
  • •3+ years investigating opportunities to limit required testing and reduce certification costs using FEA analysis.
  • •1+ year experience with CAE software including Hypermesh and LSDYNA, plus Hyperview and LS-PREPOST.
  • •1+ year experience with virtual anthropomorphic dummy (vATD) injury simulation and impact analysis using LS-DYNA.
