Group Manager, Archaeology

Lead WSP’s Lower Mainland Archaeology team in BC and Yukon as a dual people-and-technical role. Manage and mentor a 15+ person group, support project managers with cost and client deliverables, and oversee performance, hiring, and onboarding. Work with leadership to drive financial results, foster collaboration across business lines, and contribute to business development by strengthening client and Indigenous community relationships.
