Key Responsibilities

  • •Create a safe and positive environment and demonstrate unwavering commitment to health and safety.
  • •Provide leadership to a 15+-person archaeology team, including team mentorship and guidance to project managers.
  • •Support project managers with cost estimates and client deliverables within your delegation of authority, and help meet utilization and project commitments.
  • •Manage people operations activities including annual performance and salary reviews, hiring, recruitment, and onboarding/offboarding.
  • •Support financial success and lead group meeting activities, while fostering collaboration and participating in business development to strengthen client relationships.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: 132,700 - 175,800

Key Requirements

  • •Undergraduate degree in Archaeology or Anthropology with at least 10 years of relevant consulting experience.
  • •10+ years of consulting experience focused on archaeology projects.
  • •Registered Professional Consulting Archaeologist in good standing.
  • •Proven success in business development and fostering client relationships.
  • •Strong health and safety leadership plus excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
