Payroll Analyst - HR Operations - Japan

Own end-to-end monthly payroll operations for the Japanese market, including collecting/validating inputs and statutory reporting. Improve payroll processes and systems to increase efficiency and accuracy, and support payroll and benefits updates driven by new policies or laws. Provide payroll reporting and analysis to Finance, assist with internal/external audits, and manage payroll vendors and service level agreements. Build relationships with relevant authorities and partner with HR teams to enhance employee experience.
