Job Summary

Own the reliability, availability, and performance of Anvil fielded systems by bridging development and operations. Provide remote support to installation and sustainment teams, troubleshoot complex hardware/software issues, and drive rapid incident resolution with longer-term root-cause fixes. Set up monitoring and telemetry pipelines, build fleet metrics dashboards, run engineering post-mortems, and produce technical documentation. Travel to customer sites (<50%) to support deployment and sustainment.
