Associate - Guest Operations

Deliver exceptional guest experiences at Roxy Cinemas as the face of the brand. Support front-of-house operations by providing friendly assistance, managing guest enquiries, and operating ticketing and point-of-sale systems. Help enforce cinema policies for safe, enjoyable crowd management, handle cash and end-of-shift procedures, and rotate through ticketing, ushering, and guest services. Contribute to promotional activities, maintain cleanliness and presentation standards, and follow health & safety procedures.
