Provide an industry-leading client service experience in-person and over the phone by building and expanding relationships. Use consultative conversations to identify client needs, offer deposit and credit solutions, and refer more complex goals to internal specialists. Cross-train for teller duties as needed, meet client service and branch sales targets, and maintain compliance with internal controls, operational procedures, and risk management policies.
