•Implement best-in-class project management methodologies, governance frameworks, and performance tracking mechanisms.
•Partner with stakeholders to define objectives and success metrics, and communicate progress, risks, and dependencies via dashboards and business reviews.

•Work effectively in a matrixed global organization, managing cross-functional teams and influencing senior leaders without direct authority.
•Use process improvement methodologies (e.g., Lean, Six Sigma) and understand service delivery models.
•Proficient with project management tools and collaboration platforms (e.g., MS Project, Smartsheet, Jira; Teams, SharePoint).
