Key Responsibilities

•Deliver CDM and H&S consultancy services from the London office, covering both CDM and H&S management.
•Provide expert advice and, where required, act as Principal Designer to help clients understand and manage their legal responsibilities under CDM regulations.
•Improve CDM and H&S efficiency by understanding and developing existing systems and processes.
•Perform H&S performance reviews and audits on behalf of clients, including compiling relevant pre-construction information and H&S files.
•Manage commissions (where assigned) and represent Turner & Townsend professionally through meetings, negotiations, and timely correspondence with clients.

Key Requirements

•NEBOSH Construction Certificate.
•NEBOSH Diploma Level (or equivalent).
•GradIOSH (or equivalent).
•Experience as a Principal Designer.
•Extensive construction industry knowledge, specifically around CDM Regulations.
