Key Responsibilities

  • •Own the day-to-day upkeep, safety, and functionality of the San Carlos facility, including equipment, systems, and workspace.
  • •Perform routine repairs and preventive maintenance across plumbing, carpentry, and basic electrical (e.g., ballasts and light fixtures).
  • •Complete minor plumbing/carpentry/electrical work such as fixing leaks, patching drywall, and repairing fixtures.
  • •Conduct facility walkthroughs and safety inspections to identify issues early.

Key Requirements

  • •Comfort lifting up to 50 lbs and performing physical tasks (climbing ladders, standing/walking for extended periods).
