Key Responsibilities

  • •Develop, implement, and improve aquatic technical standards, protocols, and best practices for BC and Canada.
  • •Provide technical expertise on EPP Ecology and Permitting projects, including reviewing scopes and client deliverables.
  • •Ensure technical excellence through project oversight, quality reviews, and continuous improvement using lessons learned.
  • •Mentor and guide staff to strengthen technical capabilities, identify skill gaps, and support training and succession planning.
  • •Maintain client relationships and support business development by identifying opportunities and leading or contributing to pursuits and proposals.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in a relevant discipline (Aquatics, Water Quality, Marine Biology, or an environment-related technical field).
  • •8+ years of consulting experience leading environmental projects.
  • •Experience with regulatory applications and reporting requirements in BC.
  • •Registered Professional Biologist (RPBio) with BC’s College of Applied Biologists (or clear evidence of eligibility).
  • •Valid BC driver’s license.
