Key Responsibilities

  • •Process deposits, loan payments, cash checks, savings withdrawals, night/mail deposits, and related teller transactions.
  • •Sell cashier’s checks, redeem savings bonds, and process consumer credit card applications.
  • •Answer client questions in person and by telephone, and handle special client requests (e.g., account closings, check ordering, foreign currency exchange, statements/copies, safe-deposit box procedures).
  • •Reconcile the cash drawer by verifying transactions, counting and packaging currency/coin, and submitting excess/mutilated currency per procedures.
  • •Maintain confidentiality, comply with bank operations and security procedures, use 360View to record activities/incidents/referrals, and support cross-sell/referral opportunities.
