Job Summary

Partner with account teams to provide technical systems engineering support for enterprise customers and channel partners, helping identify SD-WAN opportunities and translate WAN requirements into solution designs. Deliver presentations, demos, and technical input throughout the pre-sales cycle, including RFIs/RFPs and PoCs. Architect VeloCloud SD-WAN and Arista SD-Branch solutions spanning switching, wireless, and security with validated Zero Trust networking, while escalating issues and feeding product feedback to Engineering and Product.

Key Responsibilities

•Provide advanced technical support to the sales organization to drive successful VeloCloud SD-WAN and campus solutions sales via channel partners and end-customers.
•Deliver presentations and demonstrations, participate in sales calls, and engage prospects and customers during the pre-sales cycle.
•Architect and design VeloCloud SD-WAN and Arista solutions, including cloud-delivered architecture, Dynamic Multipath Optimization, and integrated security capabilities.
•Architect and position the Arista SD-Branch full-stack network and security portfolio for branch deployments; design integrated SD-WAN, campus switching, wireless, and security solutions.
•Lead technical responses to RFIs/RFPs and sales proposals, perform hands-on PoCs, and provide technical training; handle escalations with engineering/support teams.

Key Requirements

•BS/CS/CE technical degree or relevant experience.
•7+ years of pre-sales experience with data centers, campus, WAN technologies, or cloud services in enterprise markets.
•Experience as a Technical Marketing Engineer, Sales Engineer, or Networking Engineer in WAN networking, with hands-on PoCs, field trials, and beta programs.
•Support sales on pre-sales calls, including technical presentations, demonstrations, and solution context.
•Expert knowledge in three or more of Ethernet/LAN switching, IPsec, IP routing (OSPF, BGP), TCP/IP, VxLAN, EVPN, Multicast, QoS, and SD-WAN technologies.
