•Own the architecture and technical strategy for a unified telemetry and observability platform from endpoint SDK through cloud ingestion, decode, and analytics.
•Design endpoint telemetry for crash-survivability, resource constraints, priority stream separation, and performance-sensitive paths.
•Drive structured logging and telemetry data governance, including type safety and privacy/PII auditability at scale.
•Evolve the platform without breaking existing consumers and act as connective technical authority across teams.
•Own designs from concept through shipped code for on-endpoint and in-cloud components, leading and mentoring across a distributed team.

•Proven record shipping and evolving platforms without breaking existing consumers, and influencing technical direction across teams.
•Strong debugging fundamentals, including crashes, memory issues, contention, and system performance.
