Key Responsibilities

  • •Receive new cost estimate requests, review for data quality, gather additional information, and enter/track data using Equus and SNOW.
  • •Prepare, review, and oversee cost estimate deliverables for bid/proposals, tax accruals, ongoing estimates, and one-off requests.
  • •Manage tax positions within the Equus platform and ensure standard work is updated timely.
  • •Govern metrics and SLAs for cost estimate delivery to internal stakeholders and drive ongoing process improvements.
  • •Provide subject-matter expertise on mobility package design philosophy and tax equalization, and support internal/external auditor requests.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree and at least 5 years of global mobility experience, or an advanced degree with at least 3 years of experience.
  • •At least 5 years of experience with tax cost estimates and global mobility.
  • •At least 1–2 years of experience with the Equus platform.
  • •Strong analytical skills with the ability to multitask and solve problems in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment.
