Key Responsibilities

  • •Provide effective, safe nursing care and plan nursing care for a select group of patients under a preceptor or designated RN.
  • •Identify patient care outcomes and assure quality by adhering to therapeutic standards, measuring outcomes, and recommending adjustments.
  • •Perform patient assessment and deliver direct/indirect care, including medication administration, basic assessment, and safe patient care using the nursing process.
  • •Perform skin tests, immunizations, phlebotomy, and initiate peripheral venous access; observe reactions and initiate emergency procedures when indicated.
  • •Document direct and indirect patient care accurately in the electronic medical record and collaborate with healthcare teams through clear communication and inclusive, culturally responsive care.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor's Degree in Nursing.
  • •Minimum 3 years of nursing experience (required).
  • •Preferably 1 year of experience in GCC.
  • •Knowledge of ERP systems, preferably SAP functional skills.
  • •Demonstrated competencies in patient assessment, clinical decision-making, and patient care (L2).
