•Drive growth projects with cross-functional teams including Engineering, Operations, and Go-to-Market.
•Develop and optimize growth strategies, funnels and pipelines to meet strategic customer needs and market demands.
•Oversee growth operations to ensure seamless execution and alignment with business objectives.
•Present regular progress updates to Scale’s executive team and influence strategic direction.
•Address critical growth challenges and set new standards for Scale AI’s market presence.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 180,800 - 226,000 annually

Key Requirements

•5+ years of experience in growth, product, or operations (or SWE)

•Entrepreneurial mindset, comfortable navigating ambiguity and scaling new products or services; experience building with AI tools/workflows
