Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead a portfolio of distributed systems, microservices, platform engineering, and AI/ML application projects.
  • •Partner with product, design, data science, and engineering teams to define and deliver scalable AI/ML platform capabilities and developer experiences.
  • •Design and develop production-grade APIs, SDKs, libraries, microservices, and developer tools for building, integrating, evaluating, and operating AI/ML applications.
  • •Build and integrate GenAI capabilities (LLMs, RAG, agents, tool use, orchestration, inference, and AI evaluation) into enterprise platforms and applications.
  • •Develop LLM/AI observability, evaluation, monitoring, and responsible AI capabilities, including quality, reliability, safety, and performance.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree.
  • •At least 10 years of experience in software engineering.
  • •At least 8 years building back-end services with languages such as Java, JavaScript, Python, Go, Node, Scala, or TypeScript.
  • •At least 6 years working with database technologies such as MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB, Redis, Cassandra, or DynamoDB.
  • •At least 3 years building or integrating AI/ML solutions including GenAI, LLMs, RAG, ML platforms, or AI-enabled applications.
