Own global full-cycle recruiting for technical, commercial, customer success, operations, and leadership roles, partnering with hiring managers to define hiring strategies and deliver an excellent candidate experience. Support People Operations through onboarding coordination and lifecycle process improvements, including automation and AI-enabled recruiting.

Key Responsibilities

•Lead full-cycle recruiting for technical, commercial, customer success, operations, and leadership roles across global markets.
•Partner with hiring managers to develop effective hiring strategies based on business needs.
•Source, engage, and assess talent through proactive sourcing, referrals, networking, and recruitment platforms.
•Conduct structured interviews and guide hiring teams through selection, providing market insights and recommendations.
•Support People Operations initiatives including onboarding coordination, lifecycle activities, and process documentation, audits, and automation improvements.

Key Requirements

•At least 5 years of experience in full cycle recruitment, preferably in a global or remote organization.
•Experience recruiting across multiple functions, including technical and business roles.
•Experience supporting HR Operations or People Operations.
•Strong stakeholder management and business partnering skills.
•Experience using applicant tracking systems, HR systems, and sourcing platforms, with strong analytical ability to interpret recruitment metrics.
