Senior Software Developer on AspenTech’s Distribution Management System team leads the design and development of advanced grid-management applications. You will build mission-critical software in C/C++, collaborate with architects and stakeholders, implement robust features from user stories, ensure code quality through reviews and tests, and mentor other developers to advance energy industry solutions.

Key Responsibilities

•Develop and maintain mission critical distribution grid management related applications using C/C++.
•Collaborate with other developers, architects, and stakeholders to find creative solutions to the challenges facing our customers.
•Design and implement robust, performant, complex features based on requirements and user stories.
•Ensure design and implementation best practices are followed, including design reviews, code reviews, unit tests, etc.
•Facilitate the growth and development of other developers through coaching and mentoring on the technologies and processes used within the team.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 109,600 - 137,000 annually
