Key Responsibilities

  • •Gather, verify, and consolidate payroll inputs (new hires, terminations, bonuses, salary adjustments, etc.).
  • •Collaborate with payroll providers to ensure timely payroll data submission and assist with processing across multiple countries.
  • •Perform preliminary payroll checks and review calculations before submitting to the Payroll Manager for final validation.
  • •Ensure payroll processes align with local labor laws and company policies, escalating complex cases to the Payroll Manager.
  • •Act as a first point of contact for payroll-related questions and support payroll process improvement and automation projects.

Key Requirements

  • •Degree in Human Resources and Payroll.
  • •Significant experience in payroll processing, preferably in a multi-country environment.
  • •Knowledge of payroll regulations in at least one of the covered countries.
  • •Familiarity with Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, and experience with different payroll systems.
  • •Fluent in English; another language is a plus (French, German, or others).
