Job Summary

Design intuitive, accessible digital experiences across websites, secure portals, and native iOS/Android apps for pensions and savings customers. Partner with stakeholders to uncover needs, plan and run user-centred design (UCD) research, and translate insights into better journeys and product direction. Help shape design decisions, advocate UX and research principles, and support/coach the wider UX team to raise overall quality.

•Balance hands-on design with strategic thinking and collaboration across varied work such as workshops, research, and journey refinement.
•Shape product/service direction by considering customer needs, business goals, and technical constraints together.
•Build and maintain strong stakeholder relationships; advocate design and research principles using evidence and insight to influence decisions.
•Support the UX team by sharing knowledge, providing feedback, and improving research and design quality.
•Conduct and present research findings and design recommendations, influencing UCD principles and design outcomes.

•Expertise in interaction design and applying emerging technology trends and AI tools to create effective, user-focused solutions.
•Ability to coach and develop colleagues while delivering research and design within regulatory and legislative frameworks.
