Key Responsibilities

  • •Stitch together data from systems including CRM, product telemetry, sales call recordings, support tickets, docs/content engagement, community signals, and billing so GTM teams can consume it.
  • •Build tooling and agents that automate cross-system toil and raise the velocity and quality of GTM workflows.
  • •Encode best practices into skills and templates so correct execution is the default for tasks like writing docs, structuring outbound emails, and handling handoffs.
  • •Augment humans with real-time systems that draft from customer insights, flag issues, and suggest next actions for human review.
  • •Own work such as ICP universe mapping, signal tracking, account prioritisation and allocation to Demand Gen and SDRs, and funnel conversion tracking.
