Key Responsibilities

•Stitch together data from systems including CRM, product telemetry, sales call recordings, support tickets, docs/content engagement, community signals, and billing so GTM teams can consume it.
•Build tooling and agents that automate cross-system toil and raise the velocity and quality of GTM workflows.
•Encode best practices into skills and templates so correct execution is the default for tasks like writing docs, structuring outbound emails, and handling handoffs.
•Augment humans with real-time systems that draft from customer insights, flag issues, and suggest next actions for human review.
•Own work such as ICP universe mapping, signal tracking, account prioritisation and allocation to Demand Gen and SDRs, and funnel conversion tracking.
