Key Responsibilities

  • •Serve as strategic leader and tactical doer for company-wide supply chain work, including being the first local Quonset supply chain hire for the product line.
  • •Build out and run strategic sourcing and commodity management for the US based supply chain, covering bill of materials, suppliers, parts, and manufacturing processes.
  • •Execute tactical-level PO and inventory management with engineering and manufacturing while shaping supply chain strategy tied to business and financial benchmarks.
  • •Own supplier relationships, ensure supplier accountability to agreements, and oversee service quality.
  • •Oversee planning, purchasing, inventory workflows and staffing, track quality-related metrics, and establish benchmarks/KPIs to measure impact on product development and business.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 143,000 - 191,000 annually

Key Requirements

  • •Minimum 7+ years leading supply chain initiatives in the manufacturing industry, with a track record of establishing and maintaining diverse workflows.
  • •Proven strength in team building and leadership.
  • •Experience working cross-functionally with engineering and manufacturing at a highly technical level.
  • •Experience overseeing product lifecycle participation from early-stage through late-stage development.
  • •Must be able to obtain and maintain a US Security Clearance.
