Job Summary

Guarantee efficient manufacturing and supply of products while meeting established quality and safety standards. Own production planning aligned to customer demand and plant capacity, manage raw material and supply control, and drive departmental KPIs, budgets, and standard operating procedures. Lead and develop personnel, support R&D and continuous improvement initiatives, and improve manufacturing and operational processes through automation and productivity efforts.

Key Responsibilities

•Ensure proper production planning based on customer demand and plant capacity.
•Safeguard profitability by controlling raw material and supply purchases in line with budget and quality specifications.
•Oversee storage and administration of raw materials and supplies to prevent waste and unnecessary costs.
•Monitor departmental performance indicators, implement corrective actions, and establish/drive departmental KPIs.
•Lead, manage, and develop personnel; develop and implement strategies and continuous improvement initiatives, including automation and standard operating procedures.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree in Electrical, Mechanical, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
•Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar management position within a manufacturing environment.
•Strong knowledge of Lean Manufacturing, production and process planning, supply chain management, and strategic capacity planning.
•Experience applying problem-solving and analysis methodologies including 8D, 5W analysis, and root cause analysis.
•Intermediate proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook).
