Job Summary

Lead day-to-day operations for the Security Services team, ensuring smooth contract delivery and SLA/KPI performance for retail and hospitality clients. Manage large-scale staffing (~10,000+), develop site SOPs, oversee revenue management, billing, licensing renewals, asset upkeep (GuardTek and radios), and conduct audits and site visits. Serve as primary client contact, address contractual breaches and complaints, and maintain full compliance with SIRA regulations while driving continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities

•Manage day-to-day security operations within assigned sections to meet BU and client needs, ensuring SLA/KPI achievement and quality.
•Lead and guide coordinators and site supervisors; develop site SOPs and oversee site assignment.
•Oversee financial performance including monthly budgets and P&L, invoicing, expenditure recording, and revenue forecasting.
•Ensure licenses are up to date, manage renewals, and confirm deployed staff are licensed; manage asset upkeep (GuardTek and radios).
•Serve as primary client point of contact, run weekly/monthly client meetings, resolve complaints/contractual breaches, and conduct monthly site visits and proactive audits.

Key Requirements

•Minimum 5 years industry experience, including at least 2 years of security operations experience.
•Possession of a SIRA Manager License.
•Higher Secondary or university degree, with attestation from home country and UAE MOFA.
•Reporting skills.
•Strong briefing and coaching ability, including leadership and conflict resolution.
