Key Responsibilities

•Plan, launch, and optimise paid campaigns across Meta, Google, TikTok, and programmatic channels.
•Monitor daily campaign performance, budgets, and pacing; flag anomalies and implement fixes.
•Conduct regular A/B tests on creatives, audiences, and landing pages.
•Analyse funnel metrics and attribution data to maximise ROAS and minimise CPA.
•Coordinate with the Creative team and prepare weekly performance reports and contribute to forecasting.

Key Requirements

•1–3 years of hands-on paid media experience running Meta Ads and Google Ads.
•Proficiency with ad platforms and analytics tools such as GA4 and AppsFlyer (or similar MMP).
•Strong quantitative skills and comfort working with Excel/Sheets and dashboards.
•Detail-oriented and organised, able to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.
•Ability to plan, execute, optimise, and iterate campaigns based on performance signals.
