  • •5+ years of experience in facilities operations supporting leased commercial laboratory sites.

  • •Strong problem-solving skills resolving complex site issues and leading external contractors, vendors, and third-party partners.
  • •Excellent communication skills (Chinese and English) and ability to adapt to fast-paced stakeholder needs.
