Key Responsibilities

  • •Ensure Safety, 5S, SWI, and JES compliant working conditions for inspection operations.
  • •Responsible for overseeing the vehicle assembly chassis line by managing inspection processes and analyzing line losses to maintain straight pass ratio.
  • •Conduct DWM and fix abnormality as per BharatBenz way; ensure CFT meetings and root-cause fixes for CFT issues.
  • •Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve issues and drive project success.
  • •Maintain and update the team’s skill matrix; modify inspection checkpoints under change management and manage customer/supplier quality communication.

Key Requirements

  • •Core knowledge about SAP.
  • •Experience in customer complaint handling and supplier quality management.
  • •Experience in root cause analysis and corrective/preventive actions (CAPA).
  • •Knowledge of Statistical Process Control (SPC) and basic quality tools.
  • •Ability to interpret engineering drawings, GD&T, and technical specifications.
