Key Responsibilities

  • •Provide sales support and client training for Treasury Management products and services.
  • •Attend sales appointments and assist with closing and establishing implementation/support relationships.
  • •Conduct statement analysis for prospects and assist officers with identifying opportunities and value.
  • •Deliver client training in person and via telephone, including using Treasury Management systems.
  • •Provide technical support for Treasury Management products/equipment and support remote deposit/ACH through installations, reviews, and site visits.

Key Requirements

  • •High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor’s degree preferred.
  • •2 years of experience in sales and customer support or a related role.
  • •Experience in banking required; experience in Treasury Management preferred.
  • •Excellent written and verbal communication skills for documenting issues and providing customer instructions.
  • •Proficient with Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. (Java and Adobe preferred).
