Lead the Brand Production Studio to scale creative production across the organization. You’ll set strong processes and tooling, manage production designers, video editors, and project managers, and drive operational excellence in project intake, trafficking, resource allocation, and reporting. Own key creative technology implementations, collaborate with Creative/Production/Brand Management to scope and schedule work, and uphold a high bar for craft while meeting high-volume, variable brand demands.
