Key Responsibilities

  • •Process meat products for the consumer as a General Production team member.
  • •Work with hand tools, knives (if trained), machinery, and other production equipment.
  • •Maintain a safe and efficient production line while supporting coworkers.
  • •Follow scheduled shifts and meet production demands, including possible overtime.
  • •Contribute to safe, high-quality food delivery and teamwork every day.

Key Requirements

  • •Be at least 18 years of age.
  • •Understand and follow oral and written instructions.
  • •Perform continuous/repetitive tasks requiring hand and arm movement.
  • •Stand on concrete and/or platforms for up to a 12-hour shift.
  • •Work safely in a production environment, including PPE use and working around animal blood/carcass parts and sanitation/cleaning chemicals.
